Early on in my career starting in 1999 I had the opportunity to experience and understand the special characteristics of SMEs and multinationals operating in Hungary. The companies were a Hungarian automotive SME followed by LEAR Corporation's Electronics and Electrical Division.

Having joined the Hungarian investment promotion agency in 2006, where I first worked as consultant, later as head of department. From 2010 as appointed director of investment promotion I supported investments ranging from a few million euros up to several hundred million euros complex, large scale investments. My professional activity at the agency ranged from location search, preparation of site selection decisions, through handling state aid processes, to the complex project management of large investments.

I joined AUDI HUNGARIA MOTOR Kft. as manager of state aid in 2012.

Based on my professional experience and a unique know-how in the fields of investment projects and incentives, I decided to launch IPS Management Services Ltd. in 2014.

My personal ambition has not changed anything over the years: fostering FDI in Hungary by creating value for both the public and the private sector through promoting mutual understanding and operative support.
